Our Promise to You
At Bé Tú Féin, we want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings (unless faulty)
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
