At Bé Tú Féin, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at betufein@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, returned within 14 days of notifying us. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage at betufein@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
